At Best-JewelryStores.com, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. For your convenience, the following payment options are available: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
 
As soon as you place your order using our easy-to-navigate system, we immediately begin processing it. Because it is immediate, canceling your order is not an option. Most orders are processed and leave our facility in as little as one business day. If for some reason you change your mind after placing an order, we welcome you to take advantage of our 7 day return policy, detailed below.
 
Shipping
We use the most reputable shipping companies to deliver your purchase in a timely manner. We deliver to street addresses in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska using private carriers. We use United States Postal Services (USPS) for APO/FPO and P.O. Box destinations.
 
Security/Insurance Protection
When your order is shipped from our facility, you will receive an email with the tracking information. All packages are fully insured at no additional charge to you and require a signature upon delivery.
 
Shipping Options
The costs below cover handling, shipping and insurance. All orders over $500 are shipped by FedEx, overnight (not including weekends) as this is required by them for insurance purposes up to $50,000 per order. Please note that the shipping times stated below are in addition to the processing time.

Cancellations & Returns

  • To save on operating costs, we only stock our Antique and Estate Jewelry in advance of sale. Both our Diamonds and Contemporary Jewelry shown in this portion of the site are shipped to us overnight after you place your order and we ship them on to you as soon as received.
  • This saves us a lot of money and we pass this saving on to you with prices discounted to about half their standard retail value found in local jewelry stores and elsewhere on the internet.
  • As a result, our suppliers require that all stock jewelry and diamonds must be returned unchanged within seven days of receipt by you for a refund of the purchase price. Otherwise, they will not accept them back. Custom items, such as a ring resized or mounted with a diamond of your choice, will have a restock fee to cover the changes made to the original, as it cannot be returned to the supplier.

  • Though we inspect every item before shipment, if you receive a faulty product, we will pay for its return, correct the fault to your satisfaction and return it at no extra charge.

  • Because we ship rapidly, it is next to impossible to cancel your order prior to shipment, but you are welcome to return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt per the information outlined above.
